  1. Is anyone tracking Google’s installed base for this application? Since they don’t promote it much on their homepage, it’s hard to tell whether many people are using it. “If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears …”

  2. And *really* clever companies include a game that the user always wins. Google’s Tic Tac Toe, for instance, is chivalrous enough to lose every time.
