Google already supports RSS in GMail, but this “Add Content”-“Creat a Section” part of the service is new. In essence, it’s an RSS reader. Bloglines, My Yahoo, you got served.

  3. John, one correction: I, and presumably manyother Gmailers, cannot currently subscribe to/aggregate RSS feeds in Gmail. I think only certain selected (or a random subset of) users have this feature.

    Of course, everyone can publish their Gmail inbox as an RSS feed and view it from an external aggregator, but I think you were referring to the former in your post.
