The suit names 11 engines, including Google, Looksmart, Ask, etc. Is this a big deal? Hard to say, yet. I’ve been looking into this for a while now, and will have more as I can report it.

I think it’s a good way to keep the click fraud meme growing. Trying to do a class action is interesting, but I think most advertisers would be crazy to join in on the suit at this point. It’s gonna be a better deal for them if they take their data to the search engines directly.
