I don't think running Kanoodle on your site and AdSense for Feeds on you RSS would be a problem. Here is waht Google's policy is on competitive ads: "We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services"
The key here is that you cannot publish them on the same pages. It doesn't say anything about running competitive ads elsewhere on your site.
