Google Inc does not want to face the power of Microsoft. The huge cash reserves along with the innovation can propel Microsoft/yahoo to #1.

Oh my.. Let the battle begin.. The hurt one might not be internet but the users.
Google was built upon intelligence and Yahoo and Microsoft were built up corporate greed and money. I really don't think Yahoo and Microsoft being lovers is going to change anything. In fact it may make them fall faster.
