Google, please, please, please change the Terms of Service of Orkut! The current TOS is "evil" in the opinions of many.
For what it's worth, see Eric Schmidt's explanation of the Orkut TOS today in Berkeley.
I don't quite buy Schmidt's explaination, but I thought it was worth posting.
