Actually you'll see much of this. The two big Sat. Imaging firms, DigitalGlobe (which Google uses) and SpaceImaging both have desktop pictures you can download with all kinds of military aircraft. The government only requires that they delay the images to the public for 24 hours so that whatever operations they are doing right then will be finished.
