I just posted yesterday ( http://gaggle.info/post/58/everybody-join-together-with-the-band ) about Esther Dyson's commentary regarding *interaction* (i.e. engagement) -- and since conversation is always situated in an "interactive context" it is these a "hermeneutical" relationship between context and action that is the basis for transporting the meaning of such "brand conversation" (again referring to Wittgenstein's approach to meaning).
I see your impressive lineup will be addressing such issues and will be "sitting on the edge of my seat" to follow every syllable of every word....
