  1. Very good interview! I am amused at Steve Ballmer’s response to the search question, though. Microsoft isn’t the toddler–MS has tried to do search longer than Google has. So if they are the underdog now, it’s not because they haven’t had the opportunity to excel, they just haven’t taken it seriously.
