This is not to fault the marvelous Gary Price, but really there’s almost nothing in the 8-page RFI/P that Google hasn’t spoken about. The real document is the engineering plan, which wasn’t released for any company I’ve seen. The Google RFI/P is a cover document addressing the company’s size and ability to deliver. The technology details are pretty minimal.
