Meg and Nick’s creation launched today. It’s a “blog of blogs.” A “blog portal.” AN “RSS reader (of sorts) for people who don’t know what RSS is…”
The Times has a piece here.
Nick blogs the background here.
Congrats to them both!
Kinja Launches (No Fooling, I think….)

The NYT article must’ve done them some good. One of my weblogs has been getting traffic from them all morning.
if it’s a newsreader for people who don’t get newsreaders (or rss), why no directory of feeds to choose from?
on registration, you’re simply presented with a blank form to fill in with sites you read (not optional either). what’s a newbie to do in that situation?
given that the site presents itself as a directory, that was surprising to me.
We all know about it John… but what do *you* think!?!?!?!?
The world wants to know…
I’ll stick to my choice of Aggregator. While the site looks very nice, I prefer ad-free browsing.
