Eric does not like “closed apps” (IE Apple..) No kidding…Closed has worked because it’s simple, works well, easier to work with. But ultimately the world wants more choice and more openness.

I believe you are mistaking on the point of android beating iphone. While androids overall sales may now rival the iphone’s, the iphone is only a single phone while android is available on 10s of different types of phones. I think on that basis iphone still wins.
