&lt;p&gt;If you add to this the rise of Enterprise-class open source (and free) ad servers like OpenX, then i see many publishers jumping ship.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lets not forget that DoubleClick as a platform is in a weak strategic position.&lt;br /&gt;
