From the outside, the MySpace website appears to be so amazingly poorly engineered that I'll be shocked if they do a good job with an API (and I'll wonder why they didn't devote some of their resources to fixing the site first). Of course, the market has proven again and again that a product doesn't have to be technically good to be successful.
