Hi John – I came across a blog (www.onthebigblackbus.com)a while ago that shows how technology is making things so much easier for one particular independent artist (www.kelli.com). It provides a fascinating insight into the ups and downs of setting yourself up as your own music ‘business’. Definitely the future….

I read lefsetz, and he does have a voice about the current music industry.

I, on the other hand, discuss HOW these musicians are going to make their own money, market themselves, etc. We can bash the music industry all day or we can talk about the positives and make them a reality. Not one to toot my own harm to much (albeit in the marketing industry), check out evolvor.com
