		<description>&lt;p&gt;What has Yahoo Search done since Jeff took control?  They&#039;ve been thoroughly trounded by Google.  So why make him EVP?  It&#039;s fashionble to blame Terry lately but the guy running search, with an iron fist, has really done nothing.  If I were running the company, he&#039;d be the first to go.  (Incidentally, you&#039;d see moral dramatically improve in that division.)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

He might want to take a peek over at Thomas Hawk&#039;s blog this a.m. There&#039;s a big backlash over some Flickr (aka Yahoo) heavy handedness. I&#039;ve just sent a lot of the PR folks an email message about it. I think your Yahoo! 404 photo hit things right on the head.&lt;/p&gt;
