		<description>&lt;p&gt;In Ireland, Analogue Devices used to only hire people that received an &quot;A&quot; in honors level maths, at leaving cert level (High School). &quot;yeah yeah yeah, you have a degree from yada yada yada, what did you get in maths in your leaving cert&quot;. It plays into the culture I guess. Would be interesting to cross this thinking with the guys from Harvard and their policy of mixing different types/levels of students because filling the classroom with A students just set everyone to self destruct. I also would wonder how many &quot;soft skills&quot; the company is bring into the fold? the term &quot;requisite diversity&quot; leaps to mind... !! (and no, I never interviewed for google!)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
