&lt;p&gt;- How did the concept of Link Popularity first come to his attention, and his nurturing of this theory?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- Why is there a &lt;b&gt;PERCEPTION &lt;/b&gt;that Click Fraud has gotten out of control - to the point of Class Action Suites!&lt;/p&gt;
