In any case this is more bad pr for Google. Letterman and now Stern. Both are very influencial in their own niche.
One way for G to atone is to take it head on. Page or Brin should take a New York media junket and make an appearance on both shows.

Are we sure that this is Howard Stern, as in the King of All Media, that is filing the lawsuit?

The article says, "The suit does not make clear why it involved Howard Stern, **a New Jerseyite**, other than to say that he is an AdWords customer similarly affected along with the rest of the class."

Howard Stern, as in the King of All Media, is not nor has ever been, a New Jersite...
