    I’ve blacklined the auction process section of the new S1 to see what’s changed since the first prospectus was released on April 29. I posted a summary of the changes, plus a .pdf of the insertions and deletions. If there’s any interest, I’ll do the same for the risk factors and founders’ letter as well. The main site provides news and commentary on the Google IPO, from an individual investor’s perspective.
