Reader Ed Brenegar writes: This is a year to change the customer relations game. With less commerce happening, presumably, there is more time for interaction. That interaction has to build the relationships...»
Yup, it makes the perfect gift for that officemate or colleague who you thought had everything... including you! If you order here, I promise to sign it, assuming we can figure out the shipping...

do you intend to "build an audience" or, um, what was that 2.0 word for it? con...?
Remember, not everyone lives in the San Francisco Bay Area... We live and breath this stuff just by being here.
Figures -- I have a Search-based Web 2.0 business model that could actually work...Maybe I should dumb it up to get some VC...
I've applied Google search technology to the combined MLS feeds of CT and RI -- In other words, I got your Google Real Estate Search right here: www.RealSearchRI.com.
Google itself can't do this b/c the NAR/MLS rules prohibit it. That's why they have to get uploads for GoogleBase from Brokers and Agents, but that voluntary system means their coverage isn't as complete as MLS-fed sites like ours and the incredibly crappy Realtor.com.
So, for the first time anywhere, people in RI and CT can actually "Google" the complete MLS feed with free text searches like "charlestown ri beach house with dock" or see the geographic distribution of properties that match "RI "bank owned" OR foreclosure"
Hard to believe no one has applied decent search technology to Real Estate listings before now, but there you have it.
Thanks, I would personally consider adword geo-targeting to reach close to my niche audience.
