One minor flaw: "includes one nifty workaround, first published in December at OReillynet.com, that simply pushes a forbidden URL through Google's translation tool."
I wrote an extensive report where that was just a small subset, *years* ago:
BESS's Secret LOOPHOLE (censorware vs. privacy & anonymity)
But it sadly received almost no notice, since I didn't have the means to get it press coverage.
