MSFT's mantra will be Don't Search, Shop Live. MSFT is sitting on a stack of Multimedia Patents and is surely set to cash in the next generation advertising market.

This appears very similar to the service launched in the UK just before Christmas where Thomson Local data and Ads are used on the MSN UK Local Search service.
