Page 15 of the complaint-- the demand for $5 mil. plus attorney fees. Amazing how these lawyers work. In plaintiffs own complaint they reveal that Google's contract is a take it or leave it proposition. If you don't want to advertise on Google then please don't.
I hope Google takes these bottom feeders to the mat!
When I looked @ the document filed by their lawyer, I found it very funny to read that a click fraud detection company signed up with Google to bid on the phrase "click fraud" and alleges that it then became a victim of click fraud ;-).
I think it's only going to get worse. I don't think that there is a way to avoid click fraud entirely.
